CREATE SPACE, centrally located in Ottery, Cape Town, caters for smaller businesses wanting to scale up or down; those that need shorter-term, more flexible arrangements; those that are starting out a business; and like-minded businesses seeking a community space to network and grow. The Box-Office’s rental is an all-inclusive rental, therefore taking away the operational management so that you can focus on what you are best at – your business.

“We wanted to create a space where people could enjoy an ACCESSIBLE shared space solution, most of the competitors we looked at were really expensive. Also, everything was focussed in the inner city, which is very cool, but not very practical from a small business perspective in Cape Town - being where we are, right on the M5, you can get access to the M5/M2/M1 motor ways, which means you can get to any client fast and efficiently - so a combination of good timing and good location!”

Sisters, Nicky and Dee, wanted to create a space where growing businesses could take their next step, creatives could come together and ideas could be shared and developed.
With Nicky (co-owner) owning an existing successful business in Ottery, Wind-o-Wash and running it alongside her mum over the last 32 years, The question of ‘where’ Create Space should exist was already answered.
